Completing the ‘Managing Violence and Aggression’ course should equip the learner with:

  • An awareness of factors that can contribute to aggression or violence
  • A practical understanding of how to eliminate or reduce the risk of violence and aggression in the workplace, and
  • Awareness of the need for reporting and recording incidents
